Mindful Yoga TUESDAY’S @ 9:00 a.m.
This class will incorporate slow, gentle movements with an intentional focus on deep breathing (no planks or downward-facing dogs!). Moving mindfully allows the physical practice to become a meditative experience, leading to a sense of calm and stability while still opening areas of the body that commonly hold tension (shoulders, hips, low back). You will leave feeling relaxed but alert. This class is open to all levels (even those who are just establishing a practice).
Fee: $12/drop in or $60/six-week course

The most peaceful 45 minutes of your week. Put your mind at ease through breathing exercises, gentle stretching and guided meditation. What to wear: Please wear comfortable and lose fitting clothing. Socks. What to bring: cushion or pillow/s, mat, blanket if you’d like.
